Monthly pub nights
The monthly JMCS pub night normally takes place on the first Thursday of each month, starting at 6pm in BrewDog, 5 New St, Edinburgh EH8 8BH.
However, the February pub night has been rescheduled to Thursday 13 February (i.e., the second Thursday of February).
Thereafter, the plan is to switch back to the first Thursday of the month.

These lectures are sponsored by the SMC, the Edinburgh JMCS and the Alpine Club, and take place on the second Tuesday of each of the months October to March, starting at 7.30 prompt as we are obliged to vacate the premises by 9.30pm.

At this time of day, parking is usually available in the Grassmarket at the foot of Victoria Street.
