Due to the Coronavirus pandemic almost all the club's activities are currently in abeyance.
Up-to-date information on Coronavirus related restrictions on activities can be found at: Mountaineering Scotland Coronavirus information .

Our two huts are closed until further notice.
This follows the closure of SMC, FRCC and CC huts, and is based on advice from the Government, and from Mountaineering Scotland and the BMC.
The huts require communal sleeping, living and cooking in small spaces - making them high risk places. We will continually review this policy in the coming months, based on official advice.

All meets are currently cancelled.

For understandable reasons, all Edinburgh climbing walls are now shut.

It is worth remembering that if you follow NHS and Scottish Mountain Rescue advice, low-risk climbing and walking in small groups is still possible. In fact, it's probably wise to get out. We all need to stay sane somehow!
Check the Mountaineering Scotland for details of what is currently allowed.
