Weekend meets
Throughout the year the club has a programme of weekend meets

Notes
-
For standard weekend meets the dates in the above table are for the Saturday and Sunday of the weekend, but of course, unless otherwise stated, the venue will be booked for the preceding Friday and Saturday nights.
Similarly for meets which are not standard weekend meets (often Friday to Monday), although there might be a clarification in the notes. - Cabin and Smiddy meets are usually available on Thursday and Sunday nights, in addition to Friday and Saturday – check with James or the hut custodian.
- Guests: a member may bring a non-member as a guest to at most two meets.
Payment of hut fees
- For non-JMCS hut fees ask the organiser how to pay.
-
For JMCS hut fees, either:
- pay hut fees to the organiser, ideally on the meet itself;
- make a bank transfer to the JMCS account,
using the reference for the meet which the organiser can give you.
The club bank details are on: Membership sign up and renewal.
- Please pay the fees as soon as possible after the meet. This will reduce the amount of time the organiser has to spend collecting money.
